By purchasing Insider Medical Admissions services I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I release Insider Medical Admissions, including associated employees, consultants and contractors (to be referred to as “Insider”) and discharge Insider from all claims, demands, or actions by me, on the basis of the discussions and interpretations of Insider. Consideration for this release and disclaimer of liability on behalf of Insider, shall be Insider’s rendered services. Each service requires full pre-payment. Fees paid to Insider Medical Admissions are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason. Dr. Finkel reserves the right to terminate the client relationship for any reason, and in that event it is at her sole discretion whether to issue a refund and in what amount. If a client cancels or reschedules a Mock Interview or Strategy Session within 72 hours of the appointment, the client will forfeit all of the money paid for the session, (including video, if applicable). Because of confidentiality concerns, Insider will work directly with the applicant, rather than with parents, spouses or other individuals even if these individuals made payment on behalf of the applicant. Clients may not record Mock Interviews or Strategy Sessions. Mock Interviews and Strategy Sessions are one-on-one conversations between Dr. Finkel and the applicant. Other parties may not participate in these sessions or sit in as observers. Each editing service provides three revisions of the originally-submitted materials only. Clients may not substitute a new essay or essays for their second or third edits. Once a draft has been submitted for editing, the client may not retroactively replace it with a different draft. Clients sending multiple drafts will have the first received draft edited; subsequent drafts will not be reviewed. Each editing service must be sent as a whole, not split into multiple documents and sent over time. Dr. Finkel will not complete services greater than nine months after the date of purchase for any service other than the Complete Package. The Complete Package must be used within 18 months of purchase and is – like other services – non-transferable. There are no substitutions in the Complete Package Service. Services are not transferable to another person, and funds used to purchase a service cannot be transferred to pay for another service instead. Insider is permitted to use comments made by clients about Insider services on the Insider website and in Insider materials as testimonials without the client’s express permission as long as Insider posts those comments without the client’s last name. None of the academic institutions referenced in Insider materials are associated with nor endorse Insider. I acknowledge that with Insider Editing, I will submit a sufficient first draft of materials for editing of standard length and that all of my drafts will meet the Insider standard length rules noted on the service pages. (See web site for strict specifics on length.) Insider will not generate my materials for me. I acknowledge that there is no implied or explicit guarantee that the services provided by Insider will improve my admissions results. By purchasing services, I agree with the aforementioned under any applicable law or regulation.
